These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Peace of Cortez Property Care website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Peace of Cortez Property Care provides professional Home Watch and property oversight services for absentee homeowners in San Carlos, Sonora, Mexico.
Peace of Cortez provides Home Watch services consisting of scheduled, non-invasive visual inspections and reporting.
Our services:
Services are observational and preventative in nature and do not guarantee the condition of the property.
Our services do not guarantee prevention of damage, theft, or system failure and do not replace homeowner's insurance, warranties, or alarm systems.
Clients must provide accurate information, maintain utilities, authorize access, and maintain insurance coverage.
Reports are provided after visits. Vendor coordination may occur only with client authorization. Peace of Cortez does not approve repairs or incur expenses unless expressly authorized.
Vendors are independent third parties. Peace of Cortez is not responsible for vendor performance or outcomes.
Pricing is disclosed prior to service. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. MXN payments may be accepted at the exchange rate on the invoice date.
Peace of Cortez is not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control.
Liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service period, to the extent permitted by law.
Either party may terminate services according to plan terms.
All content and service documentation remain the property of Peace of Cortez unless otherwise agreed.
Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Sonora, Mexico.
Updated terms will be posted with a revised effective date.
